Dr. Nathan Jacobsen acquired pinnacle Dental in June 2019 from Dr. Kelly; who was offered the opportunity of a lifetime to move to New Zealand for his wife to practice medicine. While Dr.Kelly left big shoes to fill, Dr. Jacobsen is grateful to continue providing the high level care that had been established at Pinnacle Dental.

Dr. Nathan Jacobsen
Dr. Jacobsen is an Oklahoma native who was raised in Oklahoma City and currently lives with his family in Piedmont. He is the son of former Judge John Jacobsen and Dr. Nancy Jacobsen and was raised to respect and support all people. He has a caring heart and strives to give patients the absolute best care possible. He fluently speaks both Spanish and Portuguese, which he learned from his Latino roots and while living in Brazil for two years on a church service mission. He is married to his sweetheart, Natalia and has two beautiful daughters.
